I'LL GO WHERE YOU WANT ME TO GO

I spent 3 days in Philadelphia this week meeting with a church.  This morning I accepted the invitation to join them as pastor ministering with them to the community of northern Philadelphia.

My first Sabbath in the Bucks County Seventh-day Adventist church will be February 9.
"Lord, send me anywhere, only go with me. Lay any burden on me, only sustain me. Sever any ties, but the ties that bind me to your service and to your heart." (David Livingstone)

It's awesome to see how God's leading.
Maybe you'll be talking to them sometime about the church of Philadelphia in Revelation?? :-) That would be sort of funny...
Best wishes as you start off!

Hear God's promise to your new church:

"And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding. And it shall come to pass, when ye be multiplied and increased in the land, in those days, saith the LORD ... At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the LORD; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart." Jeremiah 3:15-17.

You are a pastor after God's own heart, Micheal, and He is going to use you in an amazing way to build up His church. We are behind you!!

Micheal, congrats on the new church assignment. I pray for huge success in your ministry (Jeremiah 29:11), and that He will continue to work out the details about your arrival. Philly won't know what hit it! (in a good way, of course). Many blessings, bro.

Question: why does everyone have a hard time spelling your name correctly? I believe that the "a" comes before the "e" after the "h." Is that not correct???

Amen! I will continue praying for you. It's so wonderful to see someone with such a humble & submissive will to Jesus. You will be missed however!!!

MICHEAL Weird or not, I spelled it correctly. :) I'm giving myself a star sticker!

Umm., Elizabeth - as I mentioned before - I think the "a" comes before the "e" in his name.

Mike, can you help us out??

No way! No one spells it that way, and check out this evidence as Exhibit A.
